"A SMART INVESTMENT IN YOUR PEOPLE, PRODUCTIVITY, AND PROFIT"

Why Mental Health Matter?

  • U.S. employers lose $200B+ annually to absenteeism, presenteeism, and turnover tied to mental health.
  • 1 in 5 employees experience a mental health condition each year.
  • Employees with untreated mental illness miss an average of 5x more workdays.
  • Organizations that prioritize wellness see measurable improvements in morale, retention, and productivity.

What Study Shows?

  • NAMI-Ipsos poll conducted in January 2025 focused on 100 full-time workers across various industries.
  • Nearly half of employees say they worry about being judged if they share mental health struggles with their colleagues.
  • Employees share high rates of “burnout,” “stress,” and “overwhelm,” while far fewer rate their “mental health” as poor, suggesting a possible discomfort in identifying themselves as struggling with their mental health.

What is our solution?

  • Reduce stigma and promote open communication.
  • Foster respect, fairness, and inclusion.
  • Strengthen resilience and work-life balance.
  • Improve morale and job satisfaction.
  • Create a culture of accountability and growth.
